Making a change for the better

I'm a former everthing.  Former College Chearleader, Former gymnast, Former runner, Former soccer player, Former..... well you get the picture and I could go on.  My goal is to claim I am a former couch potato.  So to make a change in my life and to lose the 80-100lbs I've gained I am taking a journey and starting the Couch Potato to 5K.  Now because I've tried it 2 times before with little success.  Those darn stress fractures and Copperhead snakes!  I decided to create my own music to help me with my runs for this 3rd time charmed attempt.  I loved GoNicoleYorself's music and Suz's music.  The problem is, I've heard it with each attempt so I needed a new version.  My music is a bit more current but I had a lot to learn about the voice over part.  My first week is a very begginer but I impoved it with each week.  Anyhow, I hope I have success running and losing weight.  It is so easy to pack the lbs on but sooooo hard to take it off.
